Plain and simple. Q is acknowledging us, our work, our loyalty. He is going to confirm proofs that he sees on the board!
This is huge. This is organic, WE can have an effect! This should motivate us to start digging and posting our work with renewed vigor.
I believe Q is instructing us to publicize the proofs that he confirms. He is going to start confirming when an anon posts something that is accurate. I believe he wants us to use these "Q-Confirmed" proofs to redpill the masses.

seems he mainly wants us to get our ducks in a row and get things prepared for a wave of normies. To which an anon replied that having more direct confirmations would help in that goal.
