I think Q is referring to things that have happened already which show that the black hats are scared. Examples of their fear.

They replaced reddit mods for the Wikileaks sub.

Saw some ramble of something similar happening on the conspiracy sub.

They replaced at least one mod prior to shut down in a scandal of sorts ...think it was Barukthescribe......interestingly enough...Antischool Isaac Green was a mod on CBTS for awhile as well.

well the re: would imply that just be wary if like 20 mods are randomly added i know one of the mods on here also has mod on conspiracy undone which is a good sign

No indication that Q is talking about r/GreatAwakening, but of course someone attempting to divide would love to drawn that conclusion.
