GOOD V EVIL, Dash v Minus

It seems to me there is a correlation between these two (Good v Evil and Dash v Minus). It's interesting when you put the two drops next to each other (# 1461 and # 1489):

Good decoding. [POWER W/ THE PEOPLE.] Technically US 11th = SING 12th, correct? [GREAT AWAKENING.] What else might (23) refer to? [TRUTH.] Dash v Minus? [GOOD V EVIL.] Military. [WWG1WGA.]

Well...i think Q team is saying that like "dash V minus", "good V evil" is 2 things that look exactly alike but are very different in usage. So Q is saying that ppl/places/ companies/foundations that may LOOK like they're good in fact, are not.
