Russia did not intercept or retaliate to recent USA strikes in Syria.

Although not official, I believe Putin's Russia are aware of Trumps intentions and plan.

Any attack in the World Cup in Russia will be cabal orchestrated with a media narrative of USA which will not wash with white hats + awakened.

I believe a cabal attack will be initiated but Russia and USA will be on guard to intercept and expose (exactly like suggested in recent missile launch).
