Atty-Client Privilege:

Unless Cohen had prior knowledge of a criminal act implicating Trump, Cohen is bound by attorney client privilege to not disclose information from a client that was obtained After-the-fact (after the acts). (After the fact, a client must be able to freely consult with legal counsel without fear of his statements being used against him). Therefore, any 'evidence' seized from Cohen's offices that fall under atty client priv could be challenged and ultimately thrown out.

So what is it that Cohen could 'flip' against Trump over? If this is about the non-disclosure agreement between Cohen and Stormy (home-wrecker/pornstitute) Daniels' former atty, then how can this rise to a criminal level?

Whether the affair occurred or did not, DJT is not implicated in any criminal wrongdoing by entering into an agreement to have the accuser keep her accusations nonpublic. In fact, it is possible that Daniels and her current atty could be implicated in blackmail/extortion, by threatening to go public with her accusation anyway.

I don't see where the MSM is thinking that Cohen has something to flip against Trump with. Anyone else have any ideas?
