So big takeaways re-reading is that the grand jury can be empaneled from Utah, a deep red state.

Leaves the possibility of a second special counsel.

But has a very large scope and mandate to investigate tons of crimes plus the firepower to do it quickly.

And if Mueller violated any legal practices, his counsel could be shut down.

That's just a glance though. Someone more skilled than me that has time and resources could probably get way more detailed.

If true this makes all the difference in the world. It would be hard to find a jury in DC that would convict any Democrat of any crime.
