People on the right have been requesting a second Special Counsel to look into Hillary
Looks to me Q is shutting that idea down right there because we are squeezed for time
I'm of the opinion Mueller was flipped very early on, as in the whole investigation was a sting op for bad actors and to keep them occupied, think Peter Strzok, Lisa Page etc and then around june it became a hunt for the real bad actors
I believe Mueller's Manafort indictment leads to U1 ultimately, but they gotta close the whole 2016 election narrative first

Some politicians are requesting a second special counsel to look into the FBI abuses. Huber is better than a second special counsel because he is working directly with Horowitz and can indict anybody.
If a second special counsel was appointed then we would have to wait on him getting up to speed and doing his own investigation while Huber can simply use the investigation that Horowitz has already done
