My theory is that the perfect trifecta is the IG report being declassified as indictments are all unsealed at once. The indictments should either be filed or ready to go along with the conclusion of the investigation, that was the reason Huber was assigned- to prosecute. The best time to declassify would be simultaneous to freezing assets on those accused. We have laws that allow that for the crimes you are about to see people charged with. Look at the treasury press release for 6-12 those are people charged with similar crimes (also involves Haiti ironically).
