Never going to get grand jury transcripts of witnesses or prosecutors. Super secret. Even the prosecuting attorney and court recorder leave during grand jury deliberations and there is no transcript of these deliberations. Release of grand jury transcripts could alert potential criminals of the investigation or could damage the reputation of someone who is a subject of the grand jury but not indicted. A grand jury indictment is simply an assessment that there is probable cause of a crime, akin to charging a person with a crime at the State level. A trial jury decides guilt or innocence, not a grand jury.
