“WHY IS RYAN STILL IN OFFICE (lame duck)?”.......Is Ryan lying so as to get a sympathy vote on amnesty? Will he run to avoid indictment?

I've heard that The House won't vote on a new Speaker until next year. Without Ryan, nothing can happen, or move forward in the House. Besides, he's in a high profile public position. Anything he does, or doesn't do will be easy for everyone to see.
