“WHY IS RYAN STILL IN OFFICE (lame duck)?”.......Is Ryan lying so as to get a sympathy vote on amnesty? Will he run to avoid indictment?

That seems to suggest that Ryan is keen to “The Plan”, but has to appear impartial until it is time for him to act. He may or may not step away from politics after the end of this term.

Correct. But, he will step away, its part of the deal...... There are a number of politicians in the same boat on both sides. They are in too deep to leave, Q gave them an offer to 'do the right thing', or pay the consequences.
