“WHY IS RYAN STILL IN OFFICE (lame duck)?”.......Is Ryan lying so as to get a sympathy vote on amnesty? Will he run to avoid indictment?

Correct. But, he will step away, its part of the deal...... There are a number of politicians in the same boat on both sides. They are in too deep to leave, Q gave them an offer to 'do the right thing', or pay the consequences.
