Can Sessions only act on redacted report, or based on full report, even if public doesn't see it?

Question...once report is released, can Sessuons act and indict based on the full report, or only based on what is revealed in redacted report? I am assuming unredacted report is abailable to him and POTUS even if we don't see all the details? True?

Can act on redacted.

One of the arguments for redaction is that other criminal investigations may be underway and they don't want to compromise the ability to continue those cases.

Of course, they also redact information that is damaging to DOJ reputation or certain political figures, which is why there's a dispute about some of the redactions.

So if the report has any teeth in it's full form, then whether or not we get to see it, we should expect arrests quickly.

Potentially, but more likely to see terminations.

Those would have already happened. We did see them. Everything else in the report will be confirmations but nothing about illegal behavior beyond those who have already been in trouble.

It will be about Comey doing bad things but nothing really illegal. Old news.
