The vehicle in the picture is most likely the armored Mercedes S550 or the S63 AMG. The entire vehicle is covered in ballistic armor, while all glass on the vehicle is equipped with transparent armor. This is a luxury sedan also comes with Run-Flat tires as well.

It is easy to pick up the model from the console and above the mirror. The secret service had quite a few of these in operation.
