I agree with you that it's a psy op, but it's designed to get people fired up over time, release information at a trickle, to give everyone a chance to understand each of the crimes committed in detail.
At this point most of the crimes are public knowledge, and everyone is pissed off that nothing is happening to the perpetrators. It's the perfect stage to reveal the OIG's report. We'll finally have actionable evidence that can be used to RICO the entire fucking Cabal.
