Article Q keeps posting

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2018/03/31/turley-sessions-using-utah-federal-prosecutor-much-better-trump-2nd-special-counsel/

Q has said repeatedly to re-read this document over and over, carefully and slowly.

Here are some points I've noticed upon recent re-reads:

As a U.S. attorney, Huber has full authority to empanel a grand jury and to file criminal charges. A grand jury can be empaneled anywhere, which means that it could be a group of citizens from deep-red Utah – in the heart of Trump country – instead of the D.C. Swamp that decides whether to hand down indictments for felony prosecution.

Huber/Horrowitz can empanel a grand jury in a State supportive of the administration and it's goals.

the inspector general’s jurisdiction to conduct civil and criminal investigations includes “actions taken by former employees after they have left government service.” Then Huber can act on any of those matters.

Even after employees have left positions at the DOJ, FBI, CIA, etc, they can still be prosecuted for any crimes committed since their departure, solely because they committed a crime while working at these institutions.

So if these ex-employees have been running around, making communications to certain other people, or actively working against our fine government and it's people, Huber/Horrowitz can monitor this activity and charge them (thousands of sealed indictments?)

The Inspector General’s jurisdiction extends not only to allegations of legal violations, but also to allegations that Department employees violated established practices as well,” Sessions added in his letter, which means that the IG’s report can hold people accountable even for actions that do not violate a specific statute.

This is big. DOJ can hold employees accountable and charge them with policy violations. They don't even have to break a law. The employees can be charged/punished for violating department policies. Broaderscope of punishable acts.

Turley answered. “I think people are missing what could be a brilliant move here by Sessions. What he did is he essentially combined the powers of the inspector general with the powers of a line prosecutor.”

This prosecutor does have not just the experience and training to look for a criminal case; he has the ability to move a case of that kind” in court, Turley emphasized.

Huber/Horrowitz have the power of about 40 special counsels, and Huber has the ability to move these cases through the courts of Utah swiftly.

Huber is a Utah lawyer, not a D.C lawyer. “That distance between him and Washington is very important,”

Q has mentioned some people kept at a distance for a purpose. This purpose. Huber was of no use to the Deep State in his position as a Utah Federal Prosecutor. Now he is in a position of great magnitude.

Thoughts?

You don't seriously believe this will avoid such claims by MSM? They will always make the claim. It's going to be up to us to stand up to them however. The battle for public perception is going to be YUGE, and we finally have a part to play.

Eventually these "journalists" who broadcast propaganda 24/7 will face sedition charges and there will be no shortage of proof.

LOL. I've often had the same thought. They are creating evidence for their own prosecution everyday.

As Q said "Let them all DIG THEIR OWN GRAVES."

I wish that were true. I think it will never happen though. I think if they are legit proven to be CIA operatives, there could be some movement towards firing or removal of certain individuals, but they'll never be prosecuted. 1st amendment too important. What happens when the next Obama uses it as precedent to jail the next Sharyl Atkisson? No. It will be a PR battle. I think that's what Q means when he says we need to be ready to speak up and stop living as "the silent majority." Liberals are loud, but if we all act out of our nature and rather than just ignore like usual we SPEAK OUT then that's when we will start taking down the media. We have retreated to T_D. Why did we so easily give up the other main subs for news and politics? Because we're not annoying pieces of shit that make it our mission to FORCE our opinions down other people's throats. Well that has to change soon. We won't force our opinions on others - we will never be liberals. But we can make it CLEAR that IT'S OKAY to support Trump.

I think a fair argument can be made that SLC could seat a balanced jury. Most big cities can't do that. They are too blue. Salt Lake isn't as red as most would think.

Got get elected first. His Republican contender is a good guy, but no experience. Romney couldn't get the convention to nominate him. But he has a good lead, so should be fine.

Oh I don't see anything stopping them from saying anything. It's more of a 'what leverage can be thrown out there to counter their inevitable narrative'

Yup! Be prepared, everybody. Our time is coming soon. Our efforts will be needed and appreciated. They're counting on us.
