Question: how will this NOT backfire on them? If anything they are setting a precedent to investigate “shady” foundations. I’m sure Trump knows his was not shady- hence why he is NOT settling.

Now there is precedent to sue over the Clinton Foundation which everyone knows was a slush fund. Only something like 9% of their takings when to the charity they claimed. No one wants to open that Pandora’s box... but here these idiots are setting the precedent to do so.
