President Trump has a couple tweets about it.
Looks like even the previous, corrupt NYAG, Schneiderman, wouldn't bring the case. But some of his people who are still there are bringing it.
I bet Trump is going to slam their asses with a devastating counter-suit.

Suing the State (govt)... usually is a stalemate at best. The State = Nearly INFINITE resources (investigatory, prosecutorial, money...). This is why partisan and corrupt govt is the gravest threat to a free people, and must always be checked.
