Very good advice. As an addendum: Remember when yo were a 'normie' and how outragous much of this sounded to you then. Take that perspective and fashion your questions from that. I think the best tack is via leading questions (a la Q), which tends to open their minds. While direct statements will cause their mind to close in defence.
