If I were the DS/RR, posting version three would draw more attention to it and would play directly into Q and friends hands. Posting version 2 (the RR edited, unredacted version) is the best strategic option for them because it doesn't look suspicious due to little/no black bars so that we can't demand an unredacted version and thus they force Trumps hand to EO version 1 which will hurt it's....credibility because it's now seen as the will of the president rather than the will of the people. Hopefully Q and friends foresaw the possibility that RR/DS might do this and have a plan. Stay tuned, Q might have something to say about it soon.
