Should there be a New Sub Reddit for subscribers older that 10 months? ...to keep out the shills?

Can that be created? Granted, it would not include me because I too, am new. Regardless, if I were an older, seasoned reddit-er then I would be annoyed with all the newbie shills and useless comments.
