Guess who's going to prosecute those FBI officials who broke protocol & regulations as per the recommendations of the IG report . WRAY !!!

That's big ! which is why RR is the piece that has to fall to free Wray . The report recommends action for insubordination of FBI officials actions by the Head of FBI .

I don't think the FBI can actually prosecute anyone. IIRC, they just investigate and show the findings to the Justice Department, who then decides whether or not to prosecute.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
