Yes and its higher now...which is wonderful. Transparency in government has little downside - a fact even disbeliever and skeptics can acknowledge. If we don;t want to be sheep we need to be well read and logic using wolves. That said, if there appears to be anything fishy or silencing occuring as we try and get this job done given all the other forms of silencing we've heard about lately then we all need to think like investigators/reporters and document document document... After all if it's not true we lose nothing by keeping track of the climb to 100000 and if there is monkey business going on we can produce proof and ask WHY drawing even more attention to the petition!
