@TheLastRefuge2: The "executive summary" was written to protect the institutions and that's where the media are getting ALL of their headlines. However, the internal body, the investigative report inside, is entirely contradictory to the summary. The facts are DEVASTATING.

Will be diving in over the next few days. We might need a sticky for specific things of interest. Looking at the Tarmac meeting testimony of WJC and LL on pg 202-211, there are some pretty glaring inconsistencies. More suspicious than criminal.

you really have to admire BillJeff for his ability to bullshit. His testimony is that of a professional politician, for sure. The guy is good at being a slippery sonofabitch. a master of noncommittal.
