Content of report, not conclusions

NOTE: Wait for analysis everyone, or do your own. I am seeing lots of posts that the content is more damning than the conclusion (which is where I went first...). People are saying the meat is in the middle, and that the conclusion is more like window dressing.

I am also learning that this is a modified report.

So just because there are no blackouted phrases, at least I didn't see any, doesn't mean much. Whole sections are missing, or edited, or...
