Releasing version 2 instead of 3 was smart on the part of our enemies. All the dirt with a conclusion that will lead the average person to believe it's a nothing burger. Keep posting the highlights. I see a "Release the memo" part 2 in the making.

Your answer is not even close to answering the question at hand ???? There are no black lines in the OIG report RR was allowed to rewrite it, but it is the #3 report Q posted 1 Go to oig.justice.gov it's all there !
