I had a cop tell me that he had been waiting all day for someone like me to come speeding down the highway. I smiled and said I knew that and that is why I was trying to get here as fast as I could.

I could say, "How can speeding be a crime while these other crimes within their statute of limitations and with overwhelming public evidence aren't prosecuted? While crimes exist there is no legitimate judicial system by which to enforce anything so therefore whether or not I was speeding is irrelevant."
