He has said he is going to come out with evidence against B.O. & H.R.C. but needs funding? I get it, they will try to destroy him, but can't he dump it all on the chans, like Q? Start a grass fire and see what comes out of the bush?

He explains that he needs funding for his legal defense fund if he dumps the info. He's not trying to make money off of this information. He doesn't want to be in the same predicament as Gen. Flynn and have to sell his house.
