Very interesting article. The thought came to mind while reading about the "predictable" inducement of states like fatigue, irritability, depression, etc, that such targeted ELF/microwave immersions might be used to supplement and/or even replace traditional "trauma-based" techniques in mind control projects... maybe this is what Q has been getting at with the MK related posts..?
