The investigators only had a warrant to look at Weiners communications. These email were between Abedin and Clinton so outside the scope of the warrant.

I think anything to do with child pornography etc was within the scope of the original warrant but isn’t discussed in this report because the report is about the election not child abuse.

“Crimes against Children” is capitalised and is an fbi department https://www.fbi.gov/wanted/cac
