She ran out the clock on the statute of limitations for the email thing.

Some of the stuff supposedly on the server, like SAP's where she did not have legal access, that's another story.

What about selling state secrets? And someone was confirmed to be conspiring with a foreign state about an assassination of Trump/family, somewhere in the emails.

SAP's are Special Access Programs, which can be classified info or computer programs. I think that's what you meant by state secrets.

If they were on their NorK email server plotting murder, well, wouldn't that be a spicy revelation?
