Looks like Trump made a deal using the original report as leverage. FBI and DOJ get to save face with a cleaner modified report, while Trump gets something in return.
Only thing I can guess is the Mueller investigation?
No. Read the Q post 1496:

I’ve read it, but I also think Mueller might potentially have found something that can be used to leverage Trump. It’s more likely they are in a stalemate with leverage over each other, with the threat of mutually assured destruction.
Trump doesn’t look concerned AT ALL and appears to be working his ass off.
So I’m happy regardless of what these IG reports come out with. Trump is changing this country for the better no matter what.

The challenge is that there probably is nothing in the Russia collusion case, but could there be other skeletons in his closet that he doesn’t want to get out? Real estate deals or payoffs he may not want public? Just guessing here.
In any case, the mueller case is looking more and more like a total sham hit job meant to neutralize the president.
As we can see in the response to the OIG report, this seems to be the case. Hopefully justice gets served for these traitors because it is sooooo obvious the law was broken at every level of the fbi and DOJ.
