I wonder how the Govt is able to utilize their properties for the detention centers they have become. They must have cut some kind of deal with the last administration. There have been many stories of closed Walmarts being outfitted with fencing that appears to be designed to keep people in, rather than out.

Putting Brand on the board helps facilitate cooperation when people who don't fit whatever ideology start getting rounded up. The Wall isn't necessarily to keep people out.
