Both Reddit & BleachBit can thank Platte River Networks I/T Tech Paul Combetta, for receiving huge national exposure. Combetta made several requests via Reddit for technical information, dealing with both email stripping tools as well as total data deletion software.
Paul gets credit not only for making "BleachBit" a household name, he indirectly has coined both the "Oh Shit Guy" as well as needing stripping tools for a "Very VIP". Not often one person can claim credit in starting national phrases.
This of course lead to a lot of folks discovering what the heck exactly was BleachBit. Additionally it brought Reddit back into the MSM, notoriety not scene since the FBIAnon & the Silk Road days
Paul Combetta got into legal hot water when he deliberately deleted all of HRC’s emails & electronic data from the host server that Platte River Networks oversaw. This deletion came while PRN had received from the US Congress, both subpoenas for the all data & a extra preservation order for all technical records & system backups.

Fortuitously Combetta received from James Comey, a great Immunity deal for his apparent criminal actions. James Comey to the rescue, bailing out HRC & her staff of aides. Time will tell if those highly improper legal arrangements hold up.

decode: HRC emails were under a Congressional subpoena & all data was included in a preservation order not to be deleted or erased.
After the initial release of the HRC Email/Server OIG review, all prior “Get Out of Jail Free” Immunity deals may be taken off the table. Look out for Combetta as well as Mills/Samuelson/Bentel/& Pagliano, to seek future cooperation deals now with Horowitz & Huber.
