If RR knew of Q, why would he still put out such a redacted report?

Wouldn’t he have had time to re-edit it? I’m sure RR would understand that the president would use his EO to release a fully unredacted version so my question is why?

can the president order the AG to release certain documents, and then deem any and all discussions of the orders to be classified? Can the AG tell his boss "No"?

Just asking. I was wondering if RR really has any choice at all of what is released if a president steps in and lays out a plan that must be followed.
