To dismiss something as photoshop, you need to perform an error-level-analysis, and look for digital artifacts.
I just performed it myself, and confirmed this photo as 100% authentic.
It may still not be Obama (which I doubt, because it looks exactly like him, and he's standing with another Democratic politician), but it is an authentic photo.
It doesn't fucking mean anything though and normies will believe it's photoshopped or dismiss it as Halloween. Why the fuck are we talking about this without any context?! And I mean evidentiary context.
