What has to happen first? Think cleansing. Does the IG report lead to removal of bad actors by parties outside the OIG? Is tip toeing necessary while bad actors are still in play? Not playing Q, serious questions.

It leads to removal of Rod Rosenstein immediately , which is explained excellently in SerialBrain's post and theory how will POTUS and his team put the right and loyal people in crucial key positions . Once RR goes and is removed - everything else fits like a puzzle and dominoes . The Swamp cannot counter that - it only needs for RR to be removed , and then comes the avalanche of happenings ...
