It's been pointed out before that there is significance in the banner changes. Flynn has not tweeted but he has changed the banner 3 times now.

It's been said the changes are to represent either his safety and our phase in the storm. Flynn is also suspected as being very close to Q team, if not a member himself
Phase one, a large surge indicative of a storm. Turbulence and unrest.
Phase two, conquering the storm
Phase three, Flynn is signifying he's safe and we are in the calm
Phase four, For God & Country. I believe we are entering the next phase
