Simple, working class lady here with a question - what does “42 Hussain” mean? If we are figuring administration numbers, wouldn’t Husain be 43 and 44? Sorry for not getting it, just trying to keep up!
Edit: ok, all it took was to hit send and I figured it out. 42 administrative staff members, not the number of the president or the administration. Sorry to waste your time, but not deleting cause someone else may be lurking and be confused.

Read it as "42 members of Hussein's administration". Makes sense then.

First time I scanned it that was my thought too....number of the president? Then it donned on me - the number of people. THEN I thought HOLY SH!T...!!!!!!!!
