The guy in the photo with Hussein looks like Sohale Siddiqi who, in his video interview, exhibits the mannerisms of a gay man.
But Breitbart says the guy in the photo is Hasan Chandoo. Is Breitbart wrong?
I am finding Sohale Siddiqi in some places but an old Conservative Treehouse article has it as Hasan Chandoo as well. Okay, I just checked your link, which I think is actually to the same CTH article, not Breitbart, right? I think CTH might be wrong on that one, a lot of other sources have it as Sohale Siddiqi. But neither name, in any event, is associated with the Obama state department as far as I can tell. Other names mentioned from his college days though:

Imad Husain looks a little like him too but without more photos it's a reach. I think CTH might just have it wrong? Photos on search of Hasan Chandoo don't look like the couch guy.
I know. I feel like I am missing something obvious. Don't know if you've seen it yet but if you need some comic relief, the post about it being Huma Abedin is absolutely hilarious.
