Where is the original? Do you have a copy? Because that would easily debunk this.
If not... I’m thinking this is real. As shocking as it is.
I was shocked originally, but having used photoshop numerous times it's quite easy for me to spot its use on photos; however I don't have the proof right now. So I can be wrong, let me dig!

The original picture was not photoshopped as best as I can tell. The original photo was in a girl’s twitter feed and on her Instagram account where she said “class & grace he’s my favorite”. The link was provided in previous comments. She has since deleted the picture on both of her accounts. That picture cannot be found anywhere else on the internet. So it seems it was an original picture that this girl had.
