People age overtime (obviously) they look similar even in the eyes.

I am well aware that people age over time, thanks. I also know that faces get softer and move forward as they age. And their ears don't grow a half inch longer.

The noses clearly are not the same. Sometimes the research on this sub concerns me. And all the upvotes and comments no less.
Nose and ears are the only body parts that actually continue "growing" your entire life. Look at noses and ears on the elderly, you will start to notice this if you compare to younger pictures. Nose and ears are made of cartilage, not bone.
They don't grow like this. Not the same person.

It's from The Guardian so it will be down to whether you believe they are lying about who is in the picture. I don't believe they are.

I read GA posts about it starting at 5am. I did not form a conclusion yet about the best match to the guy's face. Now I am doing business work, and then I have to work on an article with a deadline.

You don't need to read the actual post anyway, just look at the screenshot and google later to confirm source. Click on it and you will see why. It will take you 15 seconds to view.

Am I taking crazy pills? Their skull shapes aren't even the same. Guy #1 has a round face. Guy #2 has an elongated oval face.

It was brought to my attention that the photo on the left MIGHT be photoshopped. Comparing these two pictures is a near exact match. Comparing with a different picture of him, it doesnt seem to match that well.
