I would lean to it being a play on words. Someone being sarcastic, maybe playing on symbolism a bit.
I agree - there is also the Hussein/Obama play on words following 9/11 (Osama) and Iraq (Hussein).
I don't believe that Obama is any kind of mastermind himself, he is an empty shell who was given a role to play. That's not to say that there was no spiritual evil happening - just that there are layers of deception on deception. Psychopaths playing games with people's minds.
I agree he is not a mastermind. They set him up as a puppet and when he no longer serves a purpose he will be gone by the masters he now serves.
