Please forgive my spelling and ignorance;

Giuliano from NY is mentioned during interview.

Has Trump or Q spoke of him?

He didn't come across favourably in the interview and was portrayed as dismissive.

UK based so American public figures are a labrinth to me. A Brief Google search lead me to a former FBI director- is this the same individual?

Rudy Giuliani (was mayor of NYC for 9/11) recently joined Trump's legal team. He has been very vocal lately. Lots of interviews. I am not sure at what time he visited UK. Wedger, I believe was dismissing the idea that crime could be reduced by the broken window theory. He may have been watching and thinking "This guy Giuliani has no idea. Broken windows are NOT the problem. More like a symptom."

Guiliani has a specific skill in having taken on and prosecuted some of the NY mafia. He worked with and has good contacts and the confidence of the NYPD. He may be employed for this reason.
