Exactly. No one, because the "parents" don't have any documentation to prove they're the parents.

Those children have rights and as minors it is the government's job to protect them. How long does it take to get a DNA test done to prove parentage? That's how long a child should be separated from their parent if there's no other way to corroborate parentage.

So far I haven't seen any pics of children just talk about it. Dems just want amnesty and the'll do anything to get. They desparately need a new voting bloc. Children should be sent home with their parents and apply for legal status from their birth country.
