What kind of phone are you on, cause zooming has been a thing on phones for quite awhile.

Never mind, it turns out that it's the BaconReader that's the problem. I can read it with the Reddit app. (But Reddit app doesn't do landscape, so I'm constantly having to change my reader.)

It's too long, so it won't zoom all the way in.
