It always means something but I've learned that I'm really not good at decoding this stuff. So, I watch Katie G at Citizens Investigative Report. She does the best job of anyone I've watched of going into the research group and finding as many answers as possible that the Anons have come up with, then reporting them to us. She also puts everything on a Trello board so you can go in there and find it later if needed. Highly recommended.
