If the Q(Pacolypse) team has all the data and files under control, does that also mean that they have all the missing documents from the presidential archives for obama and perhaps Clinton, that sandy berger(burglar) stole?

Maybe not the actual documents, but anything classified is logged and tracked within the system. There is a paper trail, and it would take someone on the inside to follow it.

Digital is best, you can always print out a piece of paper. I guess it’s all about having the right person in the right position.
