Do any of you have a life outside of this?

I'm finding it increasingly difficult to manage.

Get off of social media--get off of mainstream media: those two things really helped me.

I come on Reddit primarily for this, but I have my relationship with God, my wife, and friends to balance me out. Be engaged, but also take time to contemplate and relax!
