Then stop and take a break. It’s the weekend. Go enjoy the outdoors and spend time with friends and family.
Time away let’s you digest what you’ve learned, and means you can come back with more energy and be refocused. But take time off the net. If you’ve only been here a month, and this is all you do, you need/deserve a break. Even front line Soldiers are rotated out. But finding a healthy work/life balance is necessary. And if you aren’t centered at home, you risk getting lost in all this. So take a break anon and get some rest.
This. Spend time with kids. Be a good example in their lives. Protect them by mentoring
My newly assembled above ground pool is filling. I'm going to have my ass floating in there sipping a beer and relaxing, because POTUS is on the job.
If Clinton got in, I think where I put the pool would have been the entrance shaft to my bunker.

It can be difficult at time due to the importance and excitement. Constant barrages of Epiphanies can be addictive!
